Refund Policy

All manuals in paper or CD version may be returned with seven days provided they have not been copied or in any way damaged. Power of Ten cards can only be returned if they have not been used. If these terms are met the total cost of the materials will be reimbursed. The cost of shipping the returned materials will be paid by the Power of Ten only if there was a mistake in the order.

Cancellation Policy

Workshops or attendance at a Power of Ten conference may be cancelled if notice is received thirty days in advance. If cancelled in less than thirty days then transportation costs that have been already paid by the Power of Ten will need to be fully or partially recovered depending on the conditions of the airline, automobile rental company or hotel.

Shipping/Delivery

All materials are shipped within seven days of receiving the order. If materials are not available the purchaser will be contacted.
